Through our website forms we process your name, company, title, email address, phone number, website, sector, participation preferences, CV and message contents, as well as technical usage data (IP address, browser information, cookies).
03Purposes and legal grounds
Your data is processed to evaluate fair applications, manage quotes and contracts, respond to your requests, run recruitment processes, send information and newsletters (with your consent) and comply with legal obligations — based on Art. 5/2 (c), (ç), (f) of KVKK and, where required, your explicit consent.
04Transfers
Your personal data may be shared, as required for fair organisation, with our business partners, venue operators, logistics and travel providers, competent authorities and IT service providers, in line with Arts. 8 and 9 of KVKK.
05Your rights
